From Narsarsuaq embark a ship or take the helicopter to and from Qaqortoq.
If you travel to South Greenland/Qaqortoq for the first time it is highly recommended to take the ship to Qaqortoq and the helicopter going from Qaqortoq.
Taking the ship from Narsarsuaq to Qaqortoq you will stop in Qagsiarsuk and Narsaq; a beautiful ride, best if there is no ice!

Qaqortoq
|
Qaqortoq (Julianehåb) is the largest village in South Greenland with 3.500 inhabitants. The village was founded in 1775 and, as the only town in Greenland, has a fountain in the middle of the village, originating from the colonial period.
The village, which is one of the most beautiful in Greenland, is located towards the mountains and with a great view over the harbour and the cap ice.
